Taming Your Emotions- Caregiver Edition A psycho-educational group for parents and caregivers that is largely focused on the DBT skills of Walking the Middle Path with added components of emotion-focused therapy and trauma. Weekly Session Topics:
  1. Intro to "walking the middle path"/goals
  2. Mindfulness - self-regulation in order to co-regulate
  3. Crisis Management and coping strategies
  4. Validation
  5. Dialectics and perspective taking
  6. Behaviour modification

FASD workshop
Supporting Your Grey Bruce Youth with FASD into Adulthood This 4-part virtual workshop series will give tips and strategies to parents/caregivers of children with FASD or suspected FASD to help their child with the transition to adulthood and provide youth with tools and exercises that can help prepare them for adulthood. 3 sessions for parents/caregivers and 1 session for transitional aged youth.

These sessions will be held via Zoom video conferencing. Technology assistance available. Participants will receive a package with resources and tools to support their learning.
