At Keystone, contributing partnerships are at the heart of everything we do and how we do everything.

Family

In our work with children, youth and families, our philosophy is that families come first and our job is to serve them.  Our staff and managers are committed to the process of first listening and assessing, and then delivering service.  All of this can only happen with the family as the founding, contributing partner.  They are the one constant, the one common focus in all of our service delivery. In partnership with the family, we develop and implement plans to assist in reducing problems, helping in times of crisis and building a better future.

Partnerships

The delivery of services to our families is also founded on partnership.  We work together with other community agencies, with our funders, with schools, with the health community, with the justice system, with our governments, with our citizen groups and with anyone and everyone who can contribute to supporting our children, youth and families.
