Would you like to become a volunteer with our organization?

Cradlelink is a Nurse-led volunteer homevisiting program, where the volunteer spends 4 hours a week with an expecting or new mother needing relief, information or support.

The volunteer is matched with a new mom and babe until the baby’s first birthday. Several volunteers have been with us for over 10 years.

The program has an average of 30 active volunteers throughout Bruce and Grey counties. The Cradlelink program recruits and trains new volunteers every Spring and Fall.

If you love babies and are interested in volunteering in the Cradlelink program, please call 519-371-4773. Cradlelink is funded by Public Health Agency of Canada through Community Action Program for Children (CAPC), and hosted by Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services.

Interested in volunteering as a Board Member?

Keystone is a child, youth and family services agency that provides a range of individual, family and group programs, on a voluntary basis and at no charge, to residents throughout Grey and Bruce Counties.

Keystone is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who meet on a monthly basis, alternating between Bruce and Grey Counties.  Directors also serve on at least one Board Committee.  An average of 12 hours per month of volunteer time is required for a two-year term, with eligibility for re-appointment.

Youth Engagement Volunteering

Our Youth Board Members and Youth Advisory members play a key role in bringing the youth perspective into all aspects of our organization. The youth advisory meets on a regular basis, plans youth-based events and awareness initiatives and helps to bring youth voice into all of our services.

Family Engagement volunteering

Our family advisory network plays a vital role in our organization by advising our engagement teams and senior leaders on ways to improve the quality of care and services we provide to families. To volunteer or to learn more about our family engagement framework or family advisory network, please email communications@keystonebrucegrey.org.
